Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Unstitched fabric that has been cut, altered, washed, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return/exchange requests must be approved before sending the parcel back.
